The newly appointed Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Prestea Huni Valley, Dr. Mathew Kofi Ayeh, has pledged to draw a firm line as a politician and his administrative responsibilities in serving the people.
He made this assertion when he held a meeting with the Municipal Assembly's management team on Monday, as part of his familiarization tour to gain firsthand insight into the Assembly's workings and establish rapport with key personnel.
“I will separate my political life from my administrative duties, and I expect the same from everyone here. Let’s work as one team with a common vision," he said
The MCE pledged to collaboratively work with management to improve the socio-economic well-being of the people within the municipality, emphasizing his willingness to learn from everyone to achieve collective goals.
Dr. Ayeh said hard work would be his hallmark, ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness in all dealings. He called for the support of the entire staff to push the government’s agenda.
