Over 170 enthusiastic participants gathered for this uplifting occasion, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal well-being and corporate responsibility.

The day kicked off at the HR Certification Centre, where participants were conveyed to Ayi Mensah. From there, we embarked on an invigorating walk of over 3,500 steps up the mountain with notable individuals and organizations like Dr. Jeff Bassay (founder of HR Certification Centre and Institute of leadership and strategy), Mr. Michael Abbiw (President of CIMG), Mr. Patrick Asiamah (CEO, SYNLAB Ghana), Mr. Kwabena Agyekum (CEO of CIMG), Pearl P. Tehoda (Executive Director of HR Certification Centre), MGA, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Glico Life, Geocrest, Alumni and current students and mentees of the centre as well as members of the Association of Certified HRs to the serene Hephzibah Christian Centre in Peduase surrounded by nature's tranquility and a perfect backdrop for a health-focused event.

To energize everyone, Coach Allotey from Calve Well, supported by Collins from Activ8 Gym and Spa, led a lively aerobics session and fun games that got spirits high and bodies moving, setting an active and health-conscious tone for the day.

Health checks were a key highlight, with Ghana Canada Medical Centre providing free vitals assessments, giving participants valuable insights into their health status. Additionally, Synlab Ghana offered free lab tests, including Hepatitis B, random glucose, and malaria, empowering attendees to stay proactive about their wellness.

The event wasn't just about physical activity; it also promoted awareness of essential health services, emphasizing that corporate workers should prioritize health to boost productivity and overall quality of life.
