Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has taken legal action against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) after being declared wanted.
He is seeking a court injunction to stop the OSP from reissuing the declaration, arguing that it is baseless and unjustified.
The lawsuit comes after the OSP labeled him a fugitive earlier this year in connection with alleged corruption and financial misconduct.
Ofori-Atta has repeatedly denied the allegations, maintaining that he has cooperated with the investigation through his legal representatives.
In his suit, he claims the OSP’s actions have severely damaged his reputation and personal life.
He is asking the court to prevent any further declarations against him until the legal process is fully resolved.

If a man who steals a goat is given 10 years in Ghana, then Ken Oforir-Atta must face justice and be thrown behind bars. He is a professional criminal who covers his crimes with white ...
