Your information seems to be misleading. For the past years, we NEVER HAD A 4 SRARS IN THE MILITARY UNTIL RECENTLY. PREVIOUS THEY WERE ALL LT GEN. WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE RANK OF GEN. TAKE NOTE SND DTOP THROWING DUST IN OUR EYES.
