Medeama Sporting Club is gearing up for the grand unveiling of their state-of-the-art TnA Stadium, as excitement mounts following the circulation of photos on social media.
With a seating capacity of 10,400, the revamped arena, generously funded by the Gold Fields Ghana Foundation, is nearing completion, as evidenced by images shared by the reigning Ghana Premier League champions.
The stadium boasts comprehensive upgrades, including roofing across all sections, VIP seating, ample spectator areas, team and match officials' dressing rooms, a media stand, ticket booths, and an electronic advertising board.
Furthermore, the venue features essential amenities such as a perimeter wall and inner fence, floodlights for evening matches, and backup power from a standby generator.
During the reconstruction phase, Medeama temporarily called the Akoon Park facilities home.
News of the imminent completion has ignited a wave of anticipation on social media, with fans eagerly awaiting the official handover ceremony.
In the midst of the excitement, Medeama SC prepares to face Great Olympics in Matchday 29 action at the Accra Sports Stadium this weekend.
