President Nana Akufo-Addo has reshuffled the regional ministers for the Upper West and Upper East regions as part of efforts to boost development and governance across Ghana.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin on Thursday. April 4.
Stephen Yakubu who was the Upper East Regional Minister has been moved to Upper West Region.
Similarly, Hafiz Bin Salih who was the Upper West Regional Minister now becomes the new Upper East Regional Minister.
"These changes are part of President Akufo-Addo's ongoing efforts to ensure effective governance across the country, and has tasked the Ministers to work tirelessly to promote the welfare and development of the people of Upper West and Upper East regions, respectively,” the statement explained in part.
