Word Digest: Be A God Pleaser

"Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well-pleasing unto the Lord." Colossians 3:20" KJV

Our theme verse says it without mincing words. We are entreated not only to obey our parents but also do things that please God. We have to be a God pleaser.

How do we please God?

We must believe in God through Christ Jesus and exercise faith always.

Now the Word of God is clear about how to increase our faith: hearing the Word of God increases faith and if we exercise that faith our faith becomes stronger and stronger. Faith without work is dead.

Therefore, we must put our faith to work no matter how small it is.

Hearing the Word of God and applying faith makes one a God pleaser.

Be happy for Lord Jesus is undone with you.
