But God remembered Noah: God shall remember you this year

I. MY BELOVED SISTERS grace be unto you and your household this year. But God remembered Noah and all the animals and livestock that were with him in the ark. And God sent a wind over the earth, and the waters began to subside. This year, not only will God remember you, but He shall also cause men to remember and show kindness to you. And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.” When God remembers you, He shall bless you and your generations. Through the favour and grace of God, you shall be remembered at your workplace for promotion, you shall find favour in the eyes of your suitor, and kings and queens shall remember your deeds and reward you accordingly. As others struggle, through favour and grace you shall sail through calm waters; even if you have to go through the storms, you shall not suffer any loss.

II. SON OF MAN, thus, it came about that, when God destroyed the cities of the valley, God remembered Abraham and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow when He overthrew the cities in which Lot lived. Then God remembered Rachel, and God gave heed to her and opened her womb. Through grace and favour, God shall remember you this year. Beloved, this year you shall find grace and favour in the eyes of the LORD. It shall not be by your might, but through the favour and grace of God you shall be lifted up, your coast shall be enlarged and your territory of influence shall be expanded. Grace and peace shall be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ our Lord, according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.

III. DAUGHTER OF ZION, the scripture says, "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord." This is a powerful reminder that God is a God who shows favour to those who seek Him. You must court the favour of God this year. Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord, and he was saved from the flood that destroyed the earth. He was a righteous man, blameless in his generation, and he walked with God. And God gave him a plan, a purpose, and a promise. Noah found grace based on his righteous living, was blameless, and had a personal walk with God. These pillars must be our keys to find favour and grace before God this year. As we begin this new year, we must consciously live a righteous life, as much as possible live a blameless life, and consistently walk with God.

IV. MY DEAR BROTHERS the Bible teaches us that for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. The three pillars of Noah were enhanced in the New Testament: that God saved us through grace, and to find grace, we must come to God with a humble heart, acknowledging our sinfulness and our need for a Saviour. We must repent of our sins, turn away from our wicked ways, and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ; these are the fundamentals. We must build on the three pillars of Noah – to live righteously through Christ Jesus, walk blamelessly before God and man, and deepen our relationship with God daily. The essence of the grace of God in the believer's life is that it gives us a new life, a new purpose, and a new hope. It gives us the power to live a life that is pleasing to God, and it gives us the assurance of eternal life. As we seek to find grace in the eyes of the Lord this year, let us remember that it is not by our works or our efforts, but by God's mercy and kindness.

V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP – Let us come to Him with a humble heart, trusting in His goodness and His love. Remember Abraham, Moses, David, Daniel, and many others found grace in the eyes of the Lord, and they were used mightily by God to accomplish great things. May this year be a year of unprecedented grace, favour, and blessings for you and your family.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, we thank you for your word that reminds us of your grace and mercy. Help us to find grace in your eyes, to walk with you, and to live a life that is pleasing to you. May we be vessels of your grace, showing your love and kindness to a world that needs you. In Christ Jesus' name, Amen.
