A Nigerian lady has called on men to be honest about their intentions when approaching women, urging those who are only interested in casual relationships to stop pretending to be in love.
In a video shared on X, she criticised men who deceive women with promises of love when they have no intention of building a serious relationship with them.
“If you don’t have any good intention for a girl, tell her. Don’t just lie because you want to chop her. You’re now lying that you love her,” she said.
She argued that men who only want casual relationships should communicate their intentions clearly rather than lead women on and leave them emotionally hurt.
“If you know you cannot date the girl, you just want to be chopping her, tell her. You guys should stop lying,” she added.
The lady also questioned the practice of treating relationships as a game, warning men against pursuing women for fun without considering the emotional consequences.
“Don’t you know love hurts? If you love the person, the person will later leave you,” she said, before condemning men who deceive women for their own pleasure.
“All of you people that are just dating girls for fun, God will punish all of you,” she added.
