A Ghanaian man working at a galamsey site has confronted his girlfriend over allegations that she cheated on him while he was away.
In a video circulating on social media, the man is seen confronting the woman and demanding that she prove her innocence after allegedly hearing that she had been involved with another man during his absence.
According to him, he regularly sent money to his girlfriend while working at the mining site because he trusted her and was committed to their relationship.
He expressed frustration that despite the financial support he provided, he returned home to reports that she had been cheating on him.
“If you’re not cheating, take this egg and invoke a curse,” the man is heard telling his girlfriend during the confrontation.
The unusual confrontation has attracted reactions from social media users, with some focusing on the man's demand that his girlfriend invoke a curse to prove that the allegations were false.
