After a year away, Belgian‑Ghanaian duo B‑Phace & Frimps Joe have resurfaced with a project that exceeds expectations — a full 14‑track album titled ‘MG4L’, now available on all digital streaming platforms.

Built around ambition, friendship, faith and the grind required to turn vision into reality, MG4L opens with a different kind of motivation — not loud declarations, but discipline, movement and action. With faith in Christ anchoring the project, the album explores the balance between trusting God, believing in oneself and staying determined enough to finish the journey.

Across standout tracks such as ‘In My Mind’, ‘Newbeez’, ‘Holy Boyz’, ‘E45’ and ‘Can I Live’, the duo narrates the story of two friends chasing a bigger dream. The destination may be visible, but the music makes clear that the road requires patience, sacrifice and consistency.

The album follows a calculated rollout that began with ‘100 Burpees’, then ‘Game Plan’, ‘Revacofit’ and ‘Good Life’ — each release offering a piece of the story that now comes together fully in MG4L. More than a title, ‘My Gee for Life’ represents loyalty, shared ambition and the commitment to protect the vision through every season.

Musically, the project shifts between bounce and introspection, blending Hip‑Hop, Soul‑rap and Boom bap with atmospheric production. Twi and English flow naturally together, merging Ghanaian storytelling with the duo’s lived experiences in Belgium. The lyrics stay close to real life — the grind without a safety net, choosing sobriety, faith over ego, responsibility, family and the quiet truth that real ones keep showing up.

Frimps Joe brings a sharp lyrical identity rooted in his Ghanaian heritage, with past collaborations including Pappy Kojo and Philou Louzolo, plus an early career highlight opening for Ciara in 2013.

B‑Phace — also known as producer DaBeatbad — shapes the sonic direction, with production credits involving Lil Skid, Power Be and Kwaku DMC.

Together, they deliver a project that feels deeply personal yet full of energy — a reminder that big dreams are built one step, one decision and one day at a time.

‘MG4L’ is two friends staying the course, keeping the faith and putting in the work.
