Sista Afia Calls Out Colleagues Over Failed Collaborations

 
Ghanaian songstress, Sista Afia, has lashed out at some of her colleagues in the music industry for refusing to collaborate with her on upcoming projects.

In a post on X, the “Jeje” hitmaker expressed her frustration, writing: “It's actually funny how I'm calling some of my colleagues for features these days and almost everyone is suddenly busy giving me reasons why they ‘don't want to do it.’ Crazy Times!!!!”

The post has since sparked conversations among fans, with many questioning the unity within Ghana’s music industry.

Sista Afia gained mainstream recognition in 2016 after the release of her hit single “Jeje” featuring Shatta Wale and Afezi Perry. She has since released several popular songs including “Slay Queen”, “Are You Ready”, “Paper” featuring Victor AD, “Sika”, “Weather” and “Broken”.

In 2018, she released her debut album “Queen Solomon” which featured Medikal, Shatta Wale, Kofi Kinaata and Kelvyn Boy.
