Dancehall heavyweight Stonebwoy recently linked up with gospel sensation MOG Music at the OVO Arena Wembley in London to encourage him ahead of his upcoming concert.
Stonebwoy made history on Saturday, August 15, 2026, becoming the first Ghanaian artiste to headline a sold‑out show at the 12,500‑capacity OVO Arena Wembley — marking the first international expansion of his annual BHIM Festival.
With MOG Music set to mount the same iconic stage on Saturday, August 22, Stonebwoy threw his full support behind him, applauding his effort to project Ghanaian music globally.
“We are doing this for Mother Ghana. It can never be that it's not for Mother Ghana,” Stonebwoy said, as MOG Music nodded in agreement.
MOG Music is poised to make history of his own as he prepares for a major gospel concert at the OVO Arena Wembley. The announcement has sparked excitement among fans at home and abroad, with many describing it as a landmark moment for Ghanaian gospel music on the world stage.
The OVO Arena Wembley — one of the UK’s most prestigious venues — has hosted some of the biggest names in global entertainment. MOG Music’s booking places him among a select group of African artistes to perform there.
In a statement, the award‑winning singer said the concert aims to spread worship and praise beyond Ghana’s borders while celebrating God’s faithfulness throughout his career.
“This is not just a concert. It’s a night of worship, thanksgiving, and encountering God’s presence with thousands of people in one of the biggest arenas in the world,” he said.
The event is expected to attract Ghanaians in the diaspora, gospel music lovers, and international patrons.
