Ghanaian music sensation Black Sherif has emerged as the only Ghanaian artiste featured on Davido’s 13‑track album, ORIADÉ.
The revelation came after Afrobeats superstar Davido, born David Adedeji Adeleke, unveiled the official tracklist for his sixth studio album, set for release on July 31, 2026.
Black Sherif appears on the track Amazing Grace, a collaboration many industry watchers say reflects his massive cross‑border appeal, gripping storytelling, and dominant chart presence. His signature blend of highlife, reggae and raw, reality‑driven narratives offers an emotional depth that complements Davido’s energetic Afrobeats sound.
The feature also underscores a growing strategic synergy between the two markets, following Black Sherif’s sustained chart success in Ghana and Davido’s longstanding influence across the continent.
Davido’s 13‑track project assembles an impressive roster of collaborators, including Leon Thomas, Aya Nakamura, Mayorkun, Fola, Llona, NO11, JAZZWRLD and GL_Ceejay — a mix that reinforces his fusion of African and international talent.
The announcement video, accompanied by a stirring Yoruba eulogy, highlighted the album’s cultural grounding and symbolism. “The kingdom expands. Chosen long before the throne,” Davido wrote, introducing what will be his sixth studio album and seventh overall project since rising to prominence more than a decade ago.
