Popular highlife musician Kwabena Kwabena has reportedly firmly denied rumours suggesting he is gay, describing the claim as the “craziest” thing he has ever heard about himself.
Speaking in an interview with Elsie Lamar on Talkertainment, the 'Aso' hitmaker said he has been the subject of several wild rumours over the years, but the persistent tag about his sexuality stands out.
According to him, he does not understand why anyone would assume he is gay, stressing that such conclusions are often based on appearances rather than facts. He noted that society can be quick to judge without truly knowing a person.
Kwabena Kwabena stated clearly that he is straight and attracted to women, urging the public to reconsider the perception they have formed about him.
“Rumours about myself are all crazy, but the craziest is that I'm gay,” he said. “We live in an environment where people judge others based on appearances, and that is very deceptive. Before you judge someone, you need to have an encounter with them.”
