Nigerian music superstar Burna Boy and American singer Chloe Bailey have sparked relationship rumours once again after being spotted together on a private dinner date on Thursday, February 6, 2025.
The night took an interesting turn when Burna Boy surprised Chloe with an expensive wristwatch. Clearly taken aback, she excitedly hugged him and expressed her gratitude for the unexpected gift.
This is not the first time Chloe has flown to Nigeria to be with Burna Boy. After spending the Christmas holidays together, her return has only intensified speculation about their relationship.
Burna Boy, known for his lavish lifestyle, made a statement with his grand entrance, arriving at the restaurant in his red Ferrari, dressed sharply in a brown suit, and accompanied by his friends.
While neither party has confirmed or denied the rumours, their continuous public appearances and affectionate moments keep fans guessing—could this be more than just friendship?
Chloe Bailey, born on July 1, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer. She gained prominence as one half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle, alongside her sister Halle Bailey.
The duo began by posting cover songs on YouTube, which led to their discovery by Beyoncé and subsequent signing to her label, Parkwood Entertainment.
Chloe x Halle released their debut EP, Sugar Symphony, in 2016, followed by the critically acclaimed albums The Kids Are Alright (2018) and Ungodly Hour (2020).
Their work earned them multiple Grammy nominations and widespread recognition in the R&B genre.
In addition to her musical career, Chloe has pursued acting, appearing in films such as Last Holiday (2006) and Praise This (2023), as well as the television series Grown-ish (2018–2022).
In 2021, she launched her solo music career under the mononym Chlöe, releasing her debut solo single “Have Mercy,” which achieved platinum status in the U.S.
Her debut solo album, In Pieces, was released in 2023, followed by her sophomore album, Trouble in Paradise, in 2024.
