The globally recognized artiste was recently spotted in Koforidua, Eastern Region, engaging in the traditional practice of pounding fufu.

In a video shared on his Instagram page on January 8, 2025, Vic Mensa showcased his cultural pride as a local woman guided him through the process of preparing the beloved Ghanaian staple food. The moment, both humbling and heartwarming, resonated with his fans, offering a glimpse into his strong ties to his roots.

Vic wasn’t alone in the experience; he was joined by a lady who also attempted turning the fufu. In a humorous exchange, the woman assisting them teased the lady, saying, “Doing this with your long hair, if you were living in Ghana, I would have cut all that hair.”
