The 'Kwaku the traveler' hitmaker stated “The comedian Ajeezay saw my first video which he reposted, attracted Yaa Pono who requested I visit the studio in Accra so Ajeezay brought me to Accra, my first time ever.”
Other awards bagged by the artiste of the year include best music video, Vodafone popular song of the year, and best hiphop song of the year.
However, the controversy of the night was who rightly deserves Album of the Year won by colleague musician King Promise.
