Adoley, this year's Greater Accra delegate of Ghana's Most Beautiful, has been crowned winner of the cultural reality show, succeeding Ama who won the maiden edition last year.

On Sunday, the 23-year-old, who was born and bred by deaf and dumb parents, defied all odds to wrestle the prestigious crown from her three other contenders.

Eyram, Fanny and Ruweida after four rounds of tight and competitive performances could not get the nod of the public via votes.

Adoley who said she would champion the cause of people with disabilities, had the majority of votes in a keenly contested show.

For her prize, she drove home a Tata Safara 4X4 car, which she would use as a ceremonial car; a brand new Tata Indigo Saloon car for life; and GH¢3,000.

She also had in addition a year's wardrobe from Awo's Boutique, a mobile phone from Onetouch, jewelries and souvenirs from sponsors.

Eyram who represented the Volta Region, retained the place of her forerunner Esi as the first runner up, attracting GH ¢6,000 with some other souvenirs from sponsors. She also won the best skin of the pageant award.

Fanny could not retain the position won by her predecessor, Ama. She was the second runner up and walked home with GH¢4,000.

Described as the youngest among all the contestants, Ruweida did her best but came fourth after the collation of votes. She took home GH¢2,000 and some souvenirs from sponsors.

Indeed all four finalists proved themselves worthy of the crown.
Their renditions set alight the National Theater, venue of the grand finale.

It all began with comments and answering of questions from judges Linda Ampah, Nana Abena Efia and S.F. Adjei. Efo Mawugbe was missing in action on the night.

Later Adoley and Fanny returned to do a double act as Ruweida and Eyram seal the night with two different kinds of catwalks and modeling sessions, with the help of some popular male models.
When it was time for the final verdict, Adoley stood tall with the gleaming 'most beautiful' crown on her head.

After Adoley was declared winner, certain Ga youth took to the streets around the National Theater singing 'jama' songs to register their happiness and also show appreciation for Adoley's performance.

The night could not have been successful without live musical performances from hiplife heavyweight, Obour, Elivava, Jerry, Joe of Mentor fame and high life legend Ebo Taylor.

Poor sound quality nearly marred the beauty of the show; but on the whole it was a great event that would always be remembered by a lot of Ghanaians.

Ghana's Most Beautiful reality show is a concept that seeks to project the beauty of the Ghanaian woman and not to follow the western concept of beauty.

It also aims at projecting Ghanaian values that are lost. The show was sponsored by Onetouch, FC Beauty Klinic, PHC Motors Tata-Safari, Angel cream, and Virgin Nigeria among others.
