
It was a well programmed show, spotting the likes of Andy, Adez and other contestants of previous editions. And they simply thrilled the audience. The suspense did not last.
The contestants of TV3 Mentor III soon took to the stage and gave a good account of themselves.
Performances were splendid, and the show arguably went down on record as the best of all the Mentor finals, considering the passion and confidence with which contestants delivered.
In the history of the Mentor series no lady had ever annexed the crown.
Contestants had three different song categories to pit strength against each other, and it worked well for them.
In the third round, each contestants was asked to perform their favourite song, which they did with style and confidence.
The night was enriched with performances by some seasoned musicians such as Christiana Love, a renowned gospel artiste and Kwaw Kese, a hip life artiste sending the audience wild.
And it went on and on till the very end when the results were declared.
The forth prize went to Ras Lisa. She received ¢10 million, fully connected Tigo phone with one year talk time.
Whist the third was presented to Faya who also received ¢20 million, fully connected Tigo phone with one year talk time.
Paul took the second position with a prize of ¢30 million, fully connected Tigo phone with one year talk time.
Then came the winner, Erico who received ¢100,000,000, fully connected Tigo phone with one year talk time.
Erico, during the early stages of the competition was evicted but he was voted back into the Mentor house by his numerous fans so did his fans continued to vote for him till the final show.
It all ended at the Oceans night club with all the contestants and fans having lots of fun.
