
Ghanaian celebrity Journalist Mustapha Nii- Okai Inusah popularly known as Nii Attractive Mustapha has received certificate from the Ghana-Canada Film Makers partnership as reward for participating in a workshop which was organized by the National Commission on Culture and Canadian High Commission.
Every year, the Canada High Commissioner in Ghana organizes lectures in Film and Television from Canada to have a workshop with film makers in Ghana.
The Journalist who was part of tall list of filmmakers who participate in the seminar ,was grateful to be part of the many who received the certificate .
According to him, he learnt a lot from the training which will improve his filmmaking knowledge.
He also expressed gratitude to the organisers of the programme and commended them to do more of such workshops to improve the movie industry
During the workshop, they had some guests like the Deputy Minister of Education and a member of parliament at Cape Coast North (HON. BARBARA AYISI ASHER) who gave a brief talk about how we can promote our culture through our movies and also she gave an assurance that the film industry will rise up again.
The main guest speaker MR. SOCRATE SAFO (the director of National commission on culture) was enthused by the words from the Deputy Minister of Education, and backs her up by saying that with the Creative Art sector in conjunction with the government they will try their possible best to support the industry to be able to reach it maximum height.
He also said, it will be best if we can have one data for film industry and also a fixed price that any artist will take from a producer.
The facilitators (MR. PAUL ANDREW AND HELGA- LIZ HABERFELLNER) a renowned Film lectures in France and Hollywood film maker was very proud at the end of the workshop.
They said this workshop has been the best ever and promised to be available anytime they call.
