Albert Kuvodu, a.k.a Daavi, one of Ghana's talented actors, who made waves in the 90s, has promised to stage a comeback into the movie industry.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with yours truly, Albert Kuvodu said 'I have had my break and will be coming back with 'Fresh Trouble Reloaded' next year. It has some of the old cast, with Samini and a few new actors featuring. It's going to be a new style altogether. Before 'Fresh Trouble Reloaded', we will start with a new TV series called 'Phone Shop' on TV3, it will be aired on Saturday 8:30pm'.
When pushed to give a rating of the Ghanaian movie industry, he applauded both the local and English movie producers for their effort to enrich content in the movie industry.
'We all have our taste. I would not want to 'down' any movie, some people love local movie and some love the English speaking movies. And we all have our style of presentation, what you might not like doesn't mean it's a bad one . So I will say everybody and his taste, that's it', he stressed.
'I will say thank you very much for all that they've done for me and my production and that they should look out for me probably by the end of this year or early next year. I'm coming with a new one. The same support that they gave me in the past, I hope they do the same this year', he added.
