A tall list of music icons have been lined up as special guests for the 2nd edition of the Ghana Global Music icon event scheduled to take place on the 23rd of February 2013 at the plush Alisa Hotel in Accra here.
The list of special music invitees includes Ghana's two times award winning GMA artiste of the year and global Icon - VIP, the rap preacher - Hip life Artiste Obrafour, 4syte TV's best music video winner of “so high” fame – Natural face, the ladies Dynamic Duo (D2) among other favorite stars you love will be present at this entertainment packed workshop.
In a statement from Naana Akosua Lexis Opoku Agyeman CEO of Lex Entertainment GH, organizers of the event, she explained the idea behind this as: 'creating the environment where both mainstream and upcoming artistes can educate themselves on points to look out for and consider before and during their career in the music world.
In stressing on why a music lover should attend the event, Naana noted that they are placing value on what people will benefit from the workshop and not constitutes of the package for participation.
'Missing the event is not an option because aside the music icons there will be a short but precise speech from key personalities in the music industry as well', she lamented.
The young CEO disclosed that a full list of the speakers will be released in the next Press statement but for now they want all music lovers, upcoming artistes and everyone who is doing something music related to come meet the experts, build strong networks and socialize, for who knows you could be the next big thing from just a hand shake.
