Ukraine suspects North Korean missile used in deadly strike | DW News

Kyiv says initial evidence suggests a North Korean ballistic missile was used in a Russian strike that killed six people, including three children. North Korean missiles have been used by Russia before, but if confirmed, this would be the first known case in nearly a year and could signal a fresh supply from Pyongyang. DW News spoke with Jenny Town, director of the Stimson Center's Korea Program and director of 38 North, a leading source of analysis on North Korea's military, economy and nuclear program.
