Devastating flash floods hit southeast Missouri

Catastrophic flooding has hit areas around the Black River in southeast Missouri, where 6 to 12 inches of rain fell Thursday night into early Friday. Around 10 people had to be rescued from a rooftop, Reynolds County Emergency Coordinator Steve Chitwood told CNN.
