Ghana Premier League side, Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed the signing of youngster Ibrahim Larry Sumaila.
The young defender who has previously had stints with Greek giants PAOK joins the Ghanaian giants ahead of the coming season.
The 22-year-old who can play anywhere across the back four is expected to give coach Kim Grant an option in all the various defensive positions.
He becomes the second player the Phobians have signed in 2019.
