Accra Lions FC have signed a sponsorship deal with Arpadis, a global chemical distribution company.
The deal, the value of which was undisclosed, is the first major sponsor for the Division One team.
A statement on the club's website read:

''Arpadis is a Belgium based group, active in the distribution of chemicals globally.
''The company has subsidiaries and offices in The Benelux, Germany, France, UK, U.A.E., Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, China and Taiwan.
''Accra Lions Football Club are honoured to be supported by such a respected partner, in times when Ghanaian football is facing difficult conditions.''
