
The popular Azumah Nelson Fight Night Series–Round 5 takes place on December 9 at the Bukom Boxing Arena on December 9, 2017.
A press conference will be held on Wednesday 29 at the Accra City Hotel (10 am) to outline activities for the night.
In attendance will be Africa’s greatest boxer Professor Azumah Nelson and top officials of the Ghana Boxing Association
The headline match-up of the prestigious boxing bout is the Geordrill WBA Pan African Super Featherweight title between Ghanaian Bright Ayala and Nigerian Wahab Oluwaseon.
The Bel-Aqua National Commonwealth Elimination Super Middleweight contest will be between Emmanuel Martey and Emmanuel Anim.
Kpakpo Allotey and Robert Quaye will face off in the Ashfoam National Commonwealth Elimination Super Featherweight.
Abraham Osei-Bonsu will square off with Felix Atom for the PW Mining National Super Featherweight contest while Wasiru Mohammed will clash with Solomon Martey in the AMS National Super Bantamweight contest.
The quarterly bouts are aimed at providing a prestigious platform for boxers to showcase their talents in a bid to give them global exposure.
The Azumah Nelson Fight Night is serving as a hunting ground for talents and has produced excitements in the previous editions.
