Ghanaian defender Lawrence Lartey was left satisfied with his debut performance for Ajax Cape Town in their 1-1 stalemate with Golden Arrows.
The former Ghana Under-20 captain was thrown into the hat and didn't disappoint with an impressive display for the Urban Warriors.
The former Ashantigold strong centre-back, who played full throttle, was left thrilled with his performance on his debut in the South African top-flight.
'I'm very happy to play my first game for Ajax Cape Town, I joined them two months ago but I was unable to play because I was having no work permit but over the week everything one was sorted out I was selected by the coach to play which we drew so I'm very happy in making my debut,' he told GazzettaGhana.
'After the game my team mate came to me and congratulated me for my performance but I will not be swollen headed, I will keep on fighting to achieve my target because the sky is my limit I believe I will make it.'
