B.A United have sacked coach, Mohammed Gargo after just one match. He was appointed coach of the struggling Premier League side sometime last week.
Allsports.com.gh can confirm that the Black Stars player and Tamale United coach has been given the sack after a meeting in Accra with the club's CEO.
Gargo who was coach of the Apostles of Power Soccer for barely a week handled only one game as coach of the side against Wa AllStars on match day 10 and he lost the match at home.
He however, accused the players of the club for indulging in match fixing scam. According to him the playing body of B.A United are the once behind the dwindling fortunes of the club, by fixing matches to go in favour of their bets.
'What is happening here I don't think is a technical problem; there is a lot that one needs to really find out. I am very disappointed with the players' attitude towards this match, although we had one training session, I did everything to ensure a win,' he said in a post match interview.
