Livorno Life Patron Aldo Spinelli has described the performance of Ghana youngster Alfred Duncan as disappointing and below par.
Duncan, owed by Inter Milan, has been a shadow of a man who played a key role in the club's promotion to the Italian top-flight last term.
The 21-year-old is on a season-long loan deal but has failed to impress the Labronici in the second spell.
“Unfortunately, Alfred Duncan at this moment is the most disappointing of all. Last year was he was great in Serie B , and this year went very intermittently,” Spinelli is quoted by fcinternews.it.
“I can say that we were expecting something extra from him but he has still not lived up to to expectation yet.”
Duncan has made 25 appearances for Livorno this term as the club remain in the relegation zone.
