Medeama chief Albert Commey is resigned to losing their star defender Richmond Nketiah.
German outfit Stuttgart are believed to be closing in on the Ghana U-18 star after he impressed during a two-week trial.
The right-back who was member of Ghana's bronze winning medalist at the 2013 FIFA World Youth Championship in Turkey is now in line to be offered a professional contract.
And the club's chief Albert Commey feels confident his replacement will be found.
“We want to see him do well and so when it becomes necessary that we lose him, I believe we will find a replacement,” Commey said
“Stuttgart are very much interested and so most likely he will sign for them.
“But like I said his absence won't affect our team. We have capable men who held the forth when he was away on international duty.”
He has been trying out at the Mercedes-Benz Arena for the past two weeks and now looks set to join the German Bundesliga outfit.
Nketiah played six matches for Ghana's U20 team which won bronze at this year's FIFA World Youth Championship in Turkey.
