MTN, the leading telecommunication service network in the country, has launched the second edition of the week long Ashanti Festival, with the opening of two new branch offices at Suame and Tafo in Kumasi.
The new branch at Suame is the 77th across the country, and the 10th in the Ashanti Region, according to Mr. James Bukari, General Manager of MTN for the Northern sector, has said.
The locations, he said, are at Nhyiaeso, Kejetia, Bantama, Ayigya, Abuakwa, Obuasi, Mampong Konongo, and the new Tafo and Suame branches.
According to him, the opening of the new branch offices was to open the new customer service centers to complement MTN Ghana's already existing 77 customer service centers across the country.
He said the new centers, just as the others, would serve as sales points for MTN products and services, Mobile Money transactions, service enquiries, and offers the company the opportunity to provide excellent services to its valued customers, as well as help them forge closer relationships with them.
He further revealed that the telecommunications environment was getting more challenging, and the competition for customer loyalty would intensify.
