Hearts burly manager Paa Kwasi Fabin has laid down his tools, following his employees order  that he steps aside for his lieutenant Tanko Mohammed.

Revelations are that the management of the 2000 Champions League lords, instructed the former Asante Kotoko coach to step aside for a while.

Consequently, the coach who joined Hearts last June submitted his resignation to his employers.

The former Heart of Lions Coach guided Hearts to win the last edition of the GHALCA Top 4 competition, but the team have not been too impressive ever since.

He won three of the eight home games, drawing one and losing four, while he won two on foreign lands, drawing three and losing three.

Hearts are currently tenth on the league standings.

Sources close to the Phobian family suggest that Paa Kwasi incurred the wrath of  his employers and that of the teeming Phobian fans, after losing to bottom-placed RTU two days ago.

Prior to the defeat, they had lost to the same side in Tamale before Christmas, and to Berekum Arsenals, clubs Hearts defeat effortlessly in times past.

Paa Kwasi's resignation leaves the Phobians in an orphan state, as they journey to the Golden City Park in Berekum to engage  Arsenals in tomorrow's mid-week game.
