
Ghana defender John Mensah has extended his kindness to children by meeting young supporter of his English side Sunderland on their school break.
Hundreds of eager fans met theBlack Cats' summer signing at the Stadium of Light to interact with them meetthe fans event last night.
The Ghana deputy captain wasalso on hand to sign official merchandise and pose for photos with supporters.
Mensah signing autographs for kids Mensah, who has been supportingseveral children charities in his home country, is keen on extending his warmnature to the fans of the club.
He said: "The fans havemade me feel so welcome since I arrived at the club and I loved meetingeveryone at the store.
"Sunderland fans are verypassionate about their team and for a player that is the best thing you canhave."
Fans turned up to see what theclub's official store had on offer for Christmas gifts and mascot Samsonentertained them as they queued to meet their hero.
