Badu heads for Boro trial

Ghana youth international,Emmanuel Agyemang Badu,left the country on Tuesday for a two-week trial with premiership outfit Middlesbrough . 

The 18-year-old midfielder will be hoping to impress manager Gareth Southgate after he failed to secure a deal with other European clubs.

 

Middlesbrough is also checking out on some few other players to bolster their squad for this season?s Premier League Campaign.

 

Fulham 's Jimmy Bullard and Heerenveen playmaker Michael Bradley are the players likely to move to the Riverside.

 

Early in August, a trial move to Swiss League side FC Basel failed to materialize.

 

Badu, a member of the Under-20 football team, will spend a week on trials and will be allowed to join the team for second leg tie in Banjul.
