The top scorer for the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season, Yaw Annor has completed his transfer from Ashanti Gold SC to Egyptian club Ismaily SC.
The highly-rated forward in the recently ended football season in Ghana excelled and established himself as one of the best players in the top-flight league.
Particularly in the second round when he managed to play without an injury, Yaw Annor was almost unstoppable and scored a lot of goals.
On Wednesday, July 6, 2022, Yaw Annor arrived in Egypt with his representatives to complete talks with Egyptian Premier League outfit Ismaily SC.
Following successful talks, the striker has officially been signed by the North African club on a two years contract.
The top forward has been signed for a fee around $200,000 and will be expected to boost the quality of the squad of Ismaily SC for the upcoming 2022/23 football season in Egypt.
At the end of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season, Yaw Annor scored 22 goals in 30 appearances for Ashanti Gold SC, surpassing Franck Mbella of Asante Kotoko to emerge as the goal king.
