Bechem United youngster, Clinton Duodu has reiterated that his biggest ambition is to play with Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo before he retires from football.
The youngster who made his debut in the Ghana Premier League at age 15 last season for the Hunters has been on a fine form in the ongoing campaign.
And according to him, it is his dream to play outside Ghana in other to make money and take care of his family.
“For now, I don’t want to play for any other [local] team aside from travelling outside the country. I don’t want to quit Bechem for any other club (be it Kotoko or Hearts)," he told Kumasi based Akoma FM.
“There’s no cash when one plays in the GPL so if I leave Bechem for either Hearts or Kotoko, though they will pay me well, that won’t be enough to cater for my family because financially we are not stable."
Duodu is, however, looking forward to playing for English Premier League side Manchester United as part of his dream.
“My dream team is Manchester United. My wish, as a footballer, is to play along with Cristiano Ronaldo before he retires,” he stated.
Currently, at age 37, Cristiano Ronaldo is close to retiring from active football.
