Yaw Acheampong, the head coach of Ghana Premier League side, Techiman Eleven Wonders has left his role.
The veteran Ghanaian trainer tendered in his resignation letter on Monday following Wonders disappointing draw against WAFA in week 16 of the ongoing 2021/22 season at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
Acheampong has struggled to turn things around for the club since taking over the mantle at the beginning of the season.
He’s recorded just four wins after 16 matches, having drawn four with eight defeats leaving them 17th on the league log with 16 points.
The former Elmina Sharks and Medeama gaffer described the decision to quit as circumstances beyond his control.
- What next?
Eleven Wonders will face Aduana Stars in the matchday 17 games at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
