The Black Stars of Ghana finished as group winners of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations [Afcon] qualifiers.
The four-time African champions finished as Group winners win 13 points.
Ghana wrapped up their group with a win over Sao Tome and Principe at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Goals from Mohammed Kudus, Jordan Ayew and Baba Rahman ensured Ghana finished the qualifying series on top of Group C.
With qualification secured, the focus now is to end the long-wait for the title. The Black Stars last lifted the Afcon trophy in 1982.
It’s now onto the World Cup Qualifiers and the AFCON, where C.K Akonnor and his Black Stars squad will be hoping the performances are much better than we saw in the qualifiers.
