Ghana captain Andre Ayew is starting for Ghana alongside Thomas Partey in the starting eleven of the Black Stars to take on their counterpart from Sao Tome & Principe.
The West African giants are hosting Sao Tome today in the final qualifying match to the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament scheduled to be hosted by Cameroon in January 2022.
Having missed the encounter against South Africa last Thursday, Andre Ayew, his brother Dede Ayew, and Thomas Partey are all returning to the first eleven of Ghana today.
They will be in action against Sao Tome & Principe in hopes of getting a win to ensure the side finishes top of Group C at the end of the qualifying series.
Meanwhile, Afriyie Acquah, Emmanuel Gyasi, and Kwame Opoku have been dropped to the bench having started the game against the Bafana Bafana.
