THE HEART OF BEWILDERMENT

Her troubled heart wanders through his heart
Searching for the peace, love, and comfort she craves.
She walks wondrously through his heart

The heart of bewilderment.
Shall she continue searching for the love she craves?
Shall she fight forward for the love she craves?
She shall quit finding the love she craves?

Further ahead, she sees hope like a light
But again,
A monstrous lively forest keeps her contemplating.

She wakes up from her slumber
With a jolt about what his love shows,
What his love entails,
What his love portrays,
What his love clarifies,
What his love depicts.

On the contrary,
She searches for love
In a contemplated body
On the pathway of loneliness,
Oblivious of the scary creatures it beholds.

She searches for love
For true love
Yes, she does.
