"I Owe God This Praise" — Toke Makinwa Celebrates 41st Birthday

Popular media personality and actress Toke Makinwa is celebrating her 41st birthday today, November 3.

The former OAP took to her Instagram page to share stunning photos and a video of herself dancing to a live band, marking the occasion with a heart full of gratitude.

Makinwa stated that she owes God this praise over a personal matter and came to give it, acknowledging Him as a good God. The media personality noted that the second matter is also a significant one, but expressed confidence that God will handle it. She revealed that she spent her morning with her father to mark her special day.

In another post, she wished herself a happy birthday, describing herself as Omotoke, a child of grace.

The proud mother of one, reflected on the past 365 days, noting that she has been carried by God.

She wrote:
"365 days around the sun. I owe God this praise over a personal matter and I’m here to give it. For you are a Good GOD. That second matter too dey o but I know you will still do it. TM day…. It’s my birthday and I spent my morning with my daddy."

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Toke Makinwa took to her Instagram page in the early hours of Thursday, August 28, 2025, to announce that she is now a mother.

She expressed her happiness and thanked her maker for providing her miracle, whom she revealed as Yakira Eliana, Olakitan, Iyanuoluwa, Ikeoluwa, Adunola.
