Renowned filmmaker Niyi Akinmolayan has admonished the public to stop making excuses and instead take action toward their goals.
In a post shared on his Instagram page, he observed that a large number of people waste time looking for reasons why they cannot pursue what they set out to do.
Akinmolayan contrasted this with the mindset of those who are actually making progress, noting that while some are busy finding excuses, others are actively figuring things out as they go along.
In his caption, he posed a reflective question to his followers, asking them to evaluate whether they are truly working hard on their goals or merely "hardly working."
He encouraged his audience by reminding them that no one has it all perfectly figured out, stating that there are no absolute experts and everyone is simply navigating their journey step by step.
He wrote:
