"My Son Is The Softest Part Of Me" – Wumi Toriola Celebrates Zion At 7

Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has penned a heartfelt tribute to her son, Zion, as he turns seven today.

In a post shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, she described him as her greatest gift, her answered prayer, and a constant reminder of God's faithfulness.

Toriola reflected on how she had promised Zion a big celebration when he turned five, but life got in the way as she was busy filming her first cinema movie, 'Queen Lateefah'. She noted that she then promised to celebrate him big at seven, and now the day has arrived.

She expressed gratitude to God for the gift of life, growth, good health, and the privilege of watching her son grow.

She described her son as the gentlest part of her, noting that while she may wear strength like armour, he is a reflection of the tenderness, love, and goodness beneath it. She celebrated him as a smart, intelligent, and kind child.

In a separate post, she described Zion as the softest part of her and the purest reflection of her heart. She prayed that his light never goes dim and that he grows in wisdom, grace, favour, and endless joy, adding that he will always be a thousand reasons for her to thank God. She wished him a happy seventh birthday, calling him her "1 of 100" and her Libra king.

She wrote:
