Nollywood actress Oyebade Adebimpe, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, has opened up about her first experience travelling without her triplets, revealing that her heart remained with them throughout the trip.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, she recounted her recent visit to Ekiti State, describing the journey from flying into Akure to making her way to Ado-Ekiti, getting glammed up, and attending her event.
The wife of actor Lateef Adedimeji noted that while she enjoyed the experience, a huge part of her was back in Lagos with her sons. She revealed that it was the first time she had travelled without them, and she missed the cuddles, the little faces before bedtime, and waking up to her babies.
She said motherhood has changed her in ways she cannot explain, adding that even when she is out doing the things she loves, her heart is always with her boys.
She wrote:
"A little trip to Ekiti State. From flying into Akure, making my way to Ado-Ekiti, getting glammed up, dressing up, and attending my event, it was such a beautiful experience."
"But guess what? As much as I enjoyed myself, a huge part of me was back in Lagos with @etawithlove. For the first time, I had to travel without them. No cuddles, no little faces to look at before bedtime, no waking up to my babies. Oh! I missed those three little humans."
"Motherhood has changed me in ways I can't explain. Even when I'm out doing the things I love, my heart is always with my boys."
"And please, did you hear Rahman interrupting my voiceover? I was back in Lagos recording this video when my little man decided he had something to say! Of course, I had to leave his voice in. You know I can never deprive my faves of their little voices."
"Because this is real life, this is motherhood, this is my beautiful chaos, and I would trade it for anything."
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe, in a joint Instagram post, announced the birth of their triplets on Friday, May 1st.
The actor explained that he chose silence not absence because he was building, protecting, and embracing the greatest blessing of his life. Noting how God surprised him with more than he could envisage, he shared that his wife had given birth to three boys, appreciating his Maker.
