Nigerian adult content creator Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, professionally known as Mandy Kiss, has emphasized the importance of taking care of one's parents and home while one still has the means.
She made the statement in a video after returning to her mother's shop in Ijebu, Ogun State, where she reflected on her journey.
Mandy Kiss advised people to learn from her mistakes rather than mock her, urging them to live their lives on their own terms and put their happiness first. She stressed that personal joy should come before other people's opinions, adding that anything that makes one happy should be pursued regardless of opposition.
She also expressed gratitude that she took care of her family home when she had money, noting that it was the reason she was accepted back during a difficult period.
According to the influencer, if she had not done well, she would have had nowhere to go. She added that her experience has taught her the value of supporting one's family while things are going well.
She wrote:
"You are free to mock me. It is my fault, but learn from my mistakes. Live your life, do you hear?"
"Don't live other people's opinions. Your happiness should come first in anything you're doing. Put yourself first."
"Anything that makes you happy, do it regardless of whoever is against it. Live your life."
"Thank God I did very well at home. That's why I was able to go back there. If not, where would I be now?"
"I did very well, that's why I was accepted back into the house. That's why it is good to take care of the house when you have money."
