Nigerian streamer and content creator Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, widely known as Carter Efe, has secured a dominant win over controversial singer Darlington Okoye, better known as Speed Darlington, in their four-round crossover bout.
Efe claimed victory by technical knockout after his opponent stopped moving.
The triumph marked another addition to Efe's unmatched record in the Chaos in the Ring celebrity series. It followed his unanimous decision win against singer Habeeb "Portable" Badmus on May 1, 2026, at the Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, where all three judges scored the fight 30-27 in his favour.
The Nigerian Voice recalls that in September, it was announced that Carter Efe and Speed Darlington would face off in a celebrity boxing match on October 1, 2026.
The bout, announced via Instagram by the organizers, Balmoral Promotions, was scheduled to take place at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos and was streamed live on DAZN.
The event, tagged "Chaos in the Ring," was billed as a no-excuses showdown between two African stars, with the organisers declaring that the ring would decide who stands tall.
