Nigerian comedian Otaghware Otas Onodjayeke, popularly known as I Go Save, has shared his thoughts on the upcoming 2027 general elections.
In a post on his Instagram story, he suggested that the political contest will not be the usual battle between parties, but rather a divide between two groups within the same struggling class.
I Go Save painted a picture of an election where the ordinary citizen, who is genuinely struggling, is pitted against another poor person who has been financially induced to serve the interests of the political class.
He noted that this dynamic will make the election different from previous ones, stressing that it will not be business as usual.
He said:
"2027 sElection is the poor VS the paid poor!!! Not buisness as usual.. Not buisness as usual."
