
Nollywood actor and producer Femi Adebayo has joined the celebration following the historic achievement of 'Black Market', which set a new Guinness World Record for the largest attendance at a single film screening.
In a post shared on his Instagram page on Monday, he expressed excitement over the feat, describing it as a beautiful sight.
Adebayo praised filmmaker Nora Awolowo, Rixel Studios, and the entire team for coming together to set the record for the largest open-air movie viewing of 'Black Market' in one location.
He gave a shoutout to everyone who came out to support and celebrate the achievement, and thanked the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, for honouring the occasion with his presence and words of encouragement.
The award-winning actor noted that it was even more beautiful experiencing the moment with fellow Nigerians.
He wrote:

The Nigerian Voice recalls that 'Black Market' made history on Saturday at Tafawa Balewa Square, Onikan, Lagos, where over 51,000 viewers gathered to watch the premiere, surpassing the previous record of 43,624 attendees set in 2015.
The record attempt was driven by a collaboration between Switch Visuals Productions and Rixel Studios, with Switch Visuals handling event production and Rixel Studios producing the film.
The film features a star-studded cast including Linda Ejiofor-Suleiman, Lateef Adedimeji, Ibrahim Yekini, Scarlet Gomez, Omowunmi Dada, Teniola Aladese, Susan Pwajok, Uzor Arukwe, among others.
